Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the auction platform and purchasing koi fish or related products.

Delivery (Shipping)
- We can ship fish domestically and internationally
- For auction fish on our website, shipping costs are 500 Baht/box (by bus), 1,000 Baht/box (by air)
- If a fish dies during shipping, we will provide 100% credit, but you must provide photos + video as evidence
Fish Boarding (Azukari)
- Every fish you purchase or win at auction from SALA KOI will be cared for with life and quality insurance, as shown in photos & videos, for 1 month from the date of purchase or auction at no cost. If you wish to continue boarding your fish, fees apply per the packages above.
- <65 cm = 1,500 Baht (1 month), 4,000 Baht (3 months), 15,000 Baht (1 year)
- >65 cm = 2,500 Baht (1 month), 7,000 Baht (3 months), 25,000 Baht (1 year)
- Within 1 month from purchase or auction win, if your fish is damaged (sick or dead), we will provide 100% credit in all cases. After that, we can still board your fish but can no longer guarantee its life and quality.
- For show-quality fish, we offer detail refinement or surgery to prepare for competitions, free of charge.
- All fish boarded at SALA KOI will be housed in suitable ponds to keep your fish at its best. Every pond uses international-grade food such as Hikari, JPD. If a fish is found sick, it will be moved to a dedicated treatment pond under expert care.
